It is the obligation of the Executive Power, through the General Secretariat of Government, to publicize through the Official State Newspaper all the regulations and provisions provided for by the Law of the Newspaper of the State of Aguascalientes, its Regulations and other applicable regulations.
Likewise, the "NORMATECA" creates conditions for agile and simple consultation of access to information, disseminating the regulations issued and applicable in the State, being an element that contributes to the construction of an effective, democratic, transparent government and regulatory improvement.
